By accessing or using Florida Dancers, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The directory

Florida Dancers helps people discover studios, classes, and events. Listings may be provided by businesses and organizers, drawn from public sources, or edited by us. We work to keep information useful and current, but do not guarantee that any listing, schedule, price, availability, location, link, image, review summary, or other content is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your needs.

Please confirm material details directly with the relevant business, organizer, venue, or ticket seller before you travel, register, pay, or participate.

3. Third-party listings, links, and sponsored content

Listings and links may lead to independent third-party websites, businesses, organizers, and ticketing providers. They are responsible for their own offerings, policies, content, safety practices, and transactions. A listing, verification badge, feature placement, or sponsored placement is not a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee by Florida Dancers.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, crawl, or systematically download listings or other content without our written permission, except for ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our robots instructions.
• Interfere with the site, bypass security measures, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service.
• Impersonate another person or business, submit false or misleading information, or misrepresent your affiliation with a listing.
• Upload or submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or privacy-violating content.

5. Submissions and listing claims

You retain ownership of material you submit, but you grant Florida Dancers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, adapt for display, publish, and distribute that material in connection with operating and promoting the directory. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

We may review, edit, decline, remove, or correct submissions and listings at our discretion, including when information appears inaccurate, outdated, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, brand, original editorial content, and other materials we own are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use them beyond ordinary personal browsing without prior written permission. Third-party names, logos, images, and other marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security. We do not provide dance, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice through the directory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Florida Dancers and its operators, providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your submissions, misuse of the site, or violation of these terms or another person's rights.

10. Changes, suspension, and governing law

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, and may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
