Iron X Fitness opened in January 2017 in downtown Sarasota before relocating to 713 Honore Avenue in February 2019. The studio was founded by Natalie Ray, Stephanie Frost, and Kellie as a space to share pole dance instruction on the Gulf coast. Iron X Fitness teaches pole dance (beginner through advanced), lyra, hammock, liquid motion, stretch, twerk, and floorwork. Pole Kittens is the beginner class required for new students before advancing to All Levels or Level 1. The studio offers classes 5–6 days a week, private lessons by arrangement, and hosts bachelorette and birthday parties. For some reason this is coming up with my husbands name, but this a review from Gina Victor. I am in love with Iron Fitness! Ally Sun teaches a pole kittens class which is fun, inviting, comfortable and helps us learn the basics! Will continue to go until I ready for the next level!! I recommend!!!
